STAINLESS STEEL WIRE FERRITIC – MAGNETIC
AISI 430 -EN 1.4301 – X8Cr17
AISI 430 Ferritic steel wires are stainless steels to chrome only (from 11% to 30%) like martensitics, but compared martensitics wires they are at a lower carbon content. Other elements present in ferritics wire are molybdenum, aluminum (to increase resistance to hot oxidation) and sulfur (to facilitate workability).
